The role of senior lead generation specialist is now available in Brisbane. This role will see you calling on a provided hitlist of businesses that are largely made up of retailers and hospitality clients and you will be responsible for setting quality appointments for the external sales team.

Your role is to pitch the benefits of changing their eftpos facility, walking the client through the initial steps of the sales process, to then confirm an appointment to which the sales team would be responsible for closing.

This is an autonomous role and whilst there are KPI’s based on appointments booked, there is NO KPI’s set on number of calls made or time on the phone.

You will be paid a salary of $60k + super + uncapped commissions. There is also the career scope for this role becoming an internal sales manager.


To be considered for the position you must have prior experience in an outbound sales role and ideally with experience in lead generation and appointment setting.

You must have an ability to work independently without needing supervision and you must exude a team-oriented personality that works well with others as part of a collaborative environment.
