You will join a contact centre that isn't like the rest. They are collaborative and promote autonomy. The shifts times decrease throughout the week which mean.....an early finish every Friday + no weekends!!
Dependent on experience, this role offers a salary between $60,000 - $70,000 + Super + Bonuses (anywhere between $1000 - $8000 extra a month). There are training and progression opportunities as well, so you will be able to develop your skill sets in areas that you choose.
This role will see you work with warm outbound sales, providing customers a simple solution in order to save money on their bills. You will work in an open and friendly environment where your feedback is taken on board to improve processes and the experience for staff and customers.
- Previous experience working within customer service or a sales environment is a must!
