Property Manager

Our client is a very well established and highly successful eastern suburbs agency who have a great reputation for providing superior service to their clients. They are a team of true professionals who absolutely love what they do. 

This is not your typical general agency and they have a portfolio of both Commercial and Residential properties. This position will see you looking after the entire residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties. 

As the Property Manager your responsibilities will include: 

• Continuing to nurture and maximise client relationships
• Portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets 
• In-goings and out goings
• Lease renewals
• Some Saturday work required

To be considered for the role of Senior Property Manager you will require:

• Previous experience managing a portfolio
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills 
• Experience with REST
• Current real estate license or COR
