To continue supporting our success and growth we are looking to appoint a Merchandise Planning Assistant that is keen to learn; to join our already successful team in our Surry Hills Head Office.

Reporting into the Senior Merchandise Planner the primary objective of this role is to support in identifying and delivering profitable outcomes for the business through achievement of desirable inventory levels and correct merchandise allocation of all products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting with in season/ post seasonal sales & stock analysis
  • Distributing and analysing weekly sell through reporting for the business
  • Liaising with the State/ Area Managers & Store Teams to identify stock opportunities
  • Assisting with stock allocations and well as initial allocations for new store openings
  • Actioning stock consolidations
  • Competitor Analysise
  • Daily administration & support for Merchandise Planning Team

  • Ability to develop relationships with people at all levels within the business
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment whilst balancing competing interests and priorities
  • A keen eye for fashion and knowledge of the industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A willingness to learn
