I’m Joseph Caseres Elarmo.I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for more than five years. Worked in a fined dining restaurant, banquet kitchen and in a hotel and at the same time trainMore in classical French culinary and pastry under Alain Ducasse Education. Highly knowledgeable in cold, hot and pastry sections. I was assigned also as a line cook (breakfast and dinner) in ta hotel and restaurant set up. I have a managerial experience in a cafe.
