The Role
The role is as a Business Development Manager  offering SAAS solutions They are looking for someone that understands how to solution sell and someone that has the ‘Hunter’ Mentality. This position is perfect for someone that wants to work at a company who is the BEST at what they do and wants somewhere where if they work hard they will be rewarded. There is genuine progression in this role.

Key Duties

  • Selling into enterprise and mid market.
  • Managing relationships and increasing overall revenue target
  • Following the sales process from beginning to end
  • Working closely with the consulting and leadership team

Skills & experience

  • 2 - 4 years experience in a BDM role
  • Experience selling SaaS or Software
  • A track record of success in meeting and exceeded targets
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and consultative sales skills
  • A customer first approach
  • An ability to identify opportunity and cross sell solutions
