The Property Management Department has a strong administrative team and a rapidly growing portfolio. Our continued and rapid growth has opened up a new opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our business.

The Job

An opportunity is now available for an Assistant Property Manager. Based in our Mango Hill office, this position is permanent full time. The position offers the successful applicant the ability to assist with aspects of Property Management and gain exposure to the industry, with the support of a dedicated property management team, focusing on:

  • Application Processing
  • Routine Inspections
  • Conducting Open for Inspections
  • Tenant Sign Ups
  • Maintenance follow up
  • Communications

The Candidate

This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work in a Property Management team different to the average one. We are seeking someone who is looking for a challenge and has the motivation and interest to support our successful team of Property Managers.  
Our preferred candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 12 months experience in the industry and use of console
  • Must hold Registration Ticket
  • Be highly professional, proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Be positive and well presented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Hold a current driver's licence, manual licence preferred but not essential
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Be dedicated to building and maintaining client relationships
  • Be reliable, eager, and willing to engage in our property management team.
  • Strong communication skills and;
  • A passion for real estate
