The A Team Property Group are looking for another high-performing 'Initial Wealth Consultant' to join Australia’s fastest growing Property Company and take our service to the next level 📈

The A Team is an established leader in the Property Investment industry. Having received nationwide exposure on television and print media and being listed in the AFR as the 57th fastest growing company in Australia; we are now hiring due to our exponential growth.

The role available is perfect for someone with office and admin experience looking to get their foot in the door of the property industry, to soar to new heights personally through self-education and determination. 

*Note this is a Melbourne based role* Head Office in Moorabbin*

You will have KPIs and if you hit your KPIs you will be rewarded. We PAY VERY WELL for high performers and results.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar type role/job is required- we need the BEST. 

Flexible working hours would include 2-3 days a week working between the hours of 11am and 8pm for after hours calling.

  • 10/10 phone etiquette 
  • Good lead management skills

  • Can think on their feet with fluent and intelligent phone conversations

  • Great attention to detail and recording of data
  • Management of time and being able to handle a multiple of tasks simultaneously
  • KPI focused
  • Can work well in a team and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Is a high performer 
  • Is ultra-motivated and result driven
