Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, Ingham is currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person for the position of Acting School Secretary.
The position is a fixed term contract for Term 3, 2018 (10 week long service leave replacement). This is a part-time position of 30 hours/week.
The successful applicant will:
Have strong computer, typing and desktop publishing skills, particularly Publisher
Have a flexible, friendly and caring attitude in order to work effectively in a busy workplace
Be part of an Administration team committed to excellence
Have great teamwork and communication skills
Have a current Working With Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) or be willing to attain one
Hold a current full First Aid Certificate
Undertake Student Protection Training before commencing employment
Willingness to support the school community¡¦s values and Catholic Ethos
