TriCare’s Bundaberg Aged Care Residence, a 99 bed facility, is seeking an enthusiastic casual Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Almost every area in our facility has had a makeover by way of new flooring, furnishings, fittings and paint making a pleasant environment for our residents and employees.
With all shifts on offer, including weekends, you will reap the benefit of penalty rates for particular shifts according to the Nurses Award 2010. In addition, you will receive 25% casual loading on top of your base rate.
TriCare’s Registered Nurses report directly to the on-site Clinical Manager. The role is responsible for working closely with your manager and being 100% team orientated to achieve real resident-focussed outcomes.
Favourable skills, experience and attributes include the following:-
• Aged Care experience (minimum of 2 years);
• Supervisory level experience;
• Knowledge in ACFI and its associated documentation;
• Adept at using clinical management software (tablets) at the point of care;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
