Your new company
Our client is a market leader in financial services and they are currently seeking several experienced Customer Service Representatives to support some of their specialised products and services. You will be working for one of the Leading Big Four Banks giving you a fantastic opportunity to gain unique experience to kick start your banking career.

Your new role
You will be working in a busy, all-hands-on-deck environment, providing a thorough customer service experience and effectively managing any issues and resolving queries as the first point of contact. You will be providing excellent customer service to retail customers. This will involve assisting with everyday banking inquiries including credit card queries, account queries, transactions and internet banking. You will receive a high volume of calls, accurately updating contact details and escalating complex issues where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience working in a contact centre or client services environment, ideally with a banking, finance or investments background. Graduates will also be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism are a must to fulfil the requirements of this job. Successful applicants will need to be flexible to work a rotating roster shift pattern.
