About the Position
AMSANT’s Workforce and Leadership team is seeking a highly motivated person to help improve Indigenous chronic disease outcomes by supporting our member services’ chronic disease workforce and working on key projects relating to chronic disease. The successful individual will possess high level knowledge and awareness of chronic disease in the NT and on a national scale. They will have effective oral, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Indigenous people while also maintaining sound cross cultural skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills. Qualifications in Health/ Human Services or equivalent experience is essential. Previous experience working in Aboriginal primary health care in the NT and clinical qualifications or experience is desirable.
Contract Type & Salary
This is a Full time role to 30 June 2019 with a salary of up to *$99,078 based on the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications. (*Total salary equals base salary plus leave loading & superannuation). Generous salary packaging is also available.
